Question 1

How do I hire an expert through Prabisha?

Accepted Answer

Share your requirement through the contact form or by email: the skills you need, the scope, budget and timing. We come back with a shortlist of verified experts, arrange introductions and, once you choose, handle the contract and invoicing.

Question 2

What is the Prabisha Managed Services?

Accepted Answer

It is a network of independent professionals that Prabisha Consulting works with when clients need specialist skills, whether for a project, a fixed-term contract, a fractional role or ongoing support. Prabisha manages the client relationship and the engagement; experts in the network do the work.

Question 3

Is this a freelance marketplace?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no public job posts and no bidding. Clients bring their requirements to Prabisha, our team scopes the work, shortlists suitable experts from the network and makes the introductions. Contracts and invoicing run through Prabisha.

Question 4

What kinds of engagement do you support?

Accepted Answer

Fixed-scope projects, time-bound contracts, fractional roles (a senior specialist for a few days a week or month), monthly retainers and staff augmentation for existing teams.

Question 5

Does it cost anything to join?

Accepted Answer

No. Applying and staying in the network is free. When you are engaged on client work, we agree your rate with you before anything starts, invoice the client and pay you the agreed amount.

Question 6

How are experts vetted?

Accepted Answer

Every expert applies with their experience, proof of work and commercial terms, and our team reviews each application before a profile is activated. We only shortlist people whose skills and availability fit your requirement.

Question 7

Who can apply?

Accepted Answer

Independent consultants, freelancers and fractional leaders with proven experience in their field, across technology, AI and data, marketing, sales, HR, finance, cloud and IT, creative work and emerging sectors. If your specialism isn't listed on the site, you can still apply.

Question 8

What happens after I apply?

Accepted Answer

Our team reviews every application: your experience, proof of work and commercial preferences. We may ask for more information or a short call. Once you are verified, your profile is considered whenever a matching client requirement comes in.

Question 9

Who can see my details?

Accepted Answer

Your CV, documents and contact details are only visible to the Prabisha team. When you are shortlisted for a requirement, the client sees a profile summary of your skills and experience.

Question 10

Does joining guarantee me work?

Accepted Answer

No. Joining the network does not guarantee projects, engagements or income. Opportunities depend on client demand and on how closely your skills, experience and availability match each requirement.

Question 11

Can I update my details after applying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Email us at info@prabisha.com with any changes to your rates, availability or skills and we will update your profile.
